The air conditioning barely worked, leaving our room uncomfortably hot!!! Communication about the confusing spa access was lacking, leading to unexpected fees that spoiled the stay!!!

I had a fantastic stay here, enjoying the comfy beds and the great REN toiletries in our spacious twin room. The spa facilities and the sauna were perfect for unwinding after a long day. Just a heads up, the wardrobe space was a bit tight for all our stuff, but it didn’t ruin the overall experience. 😊

Despite the enjoyable aspects, the shower screen was too short, causing water to spill into the bathroom, and the garage entrance was awkward to navigate.
